Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager Parcel Insights & Pricing to lead pricing support, analytics, and client-facing solutions for parcel services. This role oversees pricing for new and existing customers, develops forecasting models, and trains analysts.

You will interact with finance, business development, and operations, shaping pricing roadmaps and dashboards while ensuring accurate reports and timely price increases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or related field, Required
• Master's Degree in MBA, Business, Finance or related field, Preferred
• 4 years or more in Pricing experience, Required
• Knowledge of Excel, DOMO, Required
• Python Advanced, Preferred
• Technical proficiency in Strategic Analyses, Required
• Proficiency with computer applications and sophisticated PC spreadsheets, Required
• Knowledge of Logistics Preferred

Responsibilities

• Daily pricing support for new and existing customers and pricing decisions.
• Employee development and supervision including staffing, training and reviews.
• Develop pricing strategy tools and analytics models; participate in roadmapping.
• Client-facing design and presentation to support business development.
• Support budgets and forecasts of revenues and margins (P&L).
• Develop and maintain client-facing dashboards and internal reports.
• Assist with annual price increase process and back-end tasks.
