Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager Parcel Insights & Pricing to support business development, Ryder clients, finance, and parcel operations through pricing analysis for new business and re-pricing existing accounts.

You will develop analytical, pricing and P&L forecasting models, train analysts, and collaborate with stakeholders on pricing strategy, client solutions, and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field required.
• MBA preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of pricing experience required.
• Proficiency in Excel and DOMO required; Python advanced preferred.
• Technical proficiency in strategic analyses required.
• Logistics knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pricing for new and existing customers; provide analytical support to decisions.
• Develop and oversee pricing analytics models and roadmap.
• Lead training and supervision of analysts.
• Support client-facing parcel solution design and presentations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue/margin analyses.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for clients and internal teams.
• Support annual price increase processes.
