Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager Parcel Insights & Pricing to support pricing for new and existing business, develop analytic pricing models, and train the analytics team. The role involves client-facing solution design, forecasting, and dashboard reporting to drive profitability.

The position is remote with an emphasis on pricing strategy, analytics development, and collaboration with finance and business development teams. A strong background in pricing and analytics is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field.
MBA or related master's degree preferred.
4+ years pricing experience.
Proficient in Excel and DOMO.
Python advanced preferred.
Knowledge of logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

Daily pricing support: oversee pricing for new and existing customers and support decision-making with analytics.
Employee development and supervision: plan staffing, hiring, training and reviews, direct project work flow.
Develops tools for pricing strategy and analytics: enhance pricing models and participate in roadmap discussions.
Client-facing Parcel Solution Design & Presentation: support client needs and assist business development.
P&L Forecasting: assist budgets and forecasts for revenues and margins.
Reporting: develop and support client-facing and internal dashboards.
Annual Price Increase Process: assist in ensuring the process is supported with analyses.
