Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions seeks a Senior Paralegal to join the Office of the General Counsel in Gilbert, AZ. The role supports litigation and arbitration across multiple jurisdictions, manages case deadlines, and coordinates with insurers and external counsel.

Hybrid work requires in-office attendance at least two days per week at the Gilbert headquarters. The Senior Paralegal will oversee the companys multi-state entity portfolio, supervise a Legal Assistant, perform legal research and drafting,

Qualifications

• Paralegal Certification required.
• 5+ years paralegal experience supporting litigation/arbitration across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience with insurance claims, coverage, and carrier communications preferred.
• Experience with corporate entity management and multi-state compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel.
• Experience with Clio and e-filing systems (PACER/CM-ECF).
• Strong legal research and writing skills with proper citations.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support litigation/arbitration matters in multiple state/federal jurisdictions and before arbitral forums.
• Track rules of procedure, filing requirements, and deadlines; docket/calendar management.
• Manage insurance aspects of claims, notices to carriers, and coordination with brokers/defense counsel.
• Maintain multi-state entity portfolio, including formations and annual reports.
• Supervise and audit the Legal Assistant for document labeling and calendar compliance.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda with citations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel on matter status and budgets.
• Assist General Counsel with administrative tasks and CLE tracking.
