Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Senior Paralegal to support the Office of the General Counsel in litigation and arbitration across multiple jurisdictions. The role manages deadlines, document discovery, and coordination with carriers and external counsel.

Hybrid position in Gilbert, AZ with in-office attendance at least two days per week, reporting to the General Counsel and assisting with Arizona bar requirements and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certification required with 5+ years supporting lit/arb in multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience with insurance claims, coverage, and carrier communications preferred.
• Experience with corporate entity management and multi-state compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support litigation/arbitration in multiple jurisdictions, including pleadings and discovery.
• Track rules, deadlines, filing requirements, and e-filing when applicable.
• Manage insurance aspects of claims and coordination with brokers/defense counsel.
• Maintain multi-state entity records and annual filings; assist with governance.
• Supervise Legal Assistant and ensure proper labeling, calendaring, and responsiveness.
• Conduct legal research and draft memos with citations for attorney review.
• Coordinate budgets, invoices, and matter status with internal stakeholders.
