Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Gilbert, AZ seeks a Junior Paralegal in the Office of the General Counsel to support litigation and arbitration matters across multiple jurisdictions. The role handles case deadlines, document-intensive discovery, and coordination with insurers, carriers, and external counsel in a hybrid setting with in-office presence two days a week.

Qualifications

• Paralegal Certification required.
• Minimum 3+ years as a paralegal supporting litigation/arbitration.
• Experience with insurance claims, coverage, and carrier communications.
• Experience with corporate entity management and compliance for multi-state entities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support litigation and arbitration across multiple jurisdictions, including pleadings and discovery.
• Track deadlines and docket/calendar hearings and filings.
• Manage insurance aspects of claims, including notices to carriers and coordination with defense counsel.
• Maintain multi-state entity records, formation/annual reports, and registered agent matters.
• Supervise Legal Assistant and ensure proper labeling and calendaring of documents.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda with citations.
