Job summary

The Shield Co Management / EcoShield Pest Solutions seeks a Senior Paralegal to support the Office of the General Counsel across multi-state litigation, arbitration, and insurance matters. The role manages deadlines, document production, and corporate records while coordinating with internal teams and external counsel.

The hybrid role requires in-office attendance at least two days weekly at Shield’s Gilbert, AZ headquarters, with emphasis on organization, research, and precise drafting.

Qualifications

• Paralegal Certification is required.
• 5+ years supporting litigation/arbitration across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Support litigation and arbitration across jurisdictions, including pleadings, discovery, and motion practice.
• Track jurisdiction-specific rules and deadlines, e-file requirements, and docketing.
• Manage insurance aspects of claims and liaise with carriers, brokers, adjusters, and defense counsel.
• Maintain multi-state entity records, filings, and good standing.
• Supervise and audit the Legal Assistant to ensure deadlines and labeling are correct.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda with citations.
