Job summary

ecoATM is seeking an experienced Paid Search Lead to manage large budgets across Google and Microsoft Ads, plus AIMax and ChatGPT ads. The role reports to the Director of Paid Media and emphasizes incrementality and data-driven decisions.

You will own campaigns end-to-end, test new AI placements, collaborate with Web, Creative and SEO teams, and deliver weekly performance updates and forecasts that guide our consumer growth strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid search experience, including at least 2 years owning a large account.
• Deep, current expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including bidding and keyword strategy, campaign types, and newer offerings like AI Max.
• A track record of growing paid search investment through experimentation and hypothesis testing.
• Understanding incrementality vs. attributed performance to guide investment decisions.
• Experience with offline conversions including GA4 and import.
• Strong spreadsheet analysis skills, plus comfort pulling your own data from a reporting tool or data warehouse.
• A vantage on where search is heading with AI assistants and how a brand should buy media there.
• Clear writing. You can explain a result and a recommendation to non-search colleagues.
• Ownership. You take pride in the channel’s performance and drive it forward.

Responsibilities

• Run Google Ads and Microsoft Ads day to day across Search, Performance Max and AI Max.
• Build our paid presence on AI platforms. Scale ChatGPT ads and test new AI placements.
• Shape search strategy for AI changes and track trends.
• Test your way to growth with an always‑on A/B testing roadmap.
• Grow app advertising and determine investments to scale.
• Measure incremental results and collaborate on geo holdout tests.
• Own pacing, forecasting and reporting with weekly updates and learnings.
• Work across Web, Creative and SEO teams to align paid and organic results.
