Razorfish, a Publicis Groupe company, is seeking a Director of Search Marketing to lead innovative search strategies aligned with client goals and elevate our digital marketing leadership. You will oversee all search operations, drive cross-functional collaboration, and embrace AI to optimize campaigns.

You’ll develop strategic frameworks, deliver actionable analytics, mentor a team of 5–10 supervisors and managers, and ensure best practices across initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in SEM with proven results.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong client-service orientation and strategic relationships.
• Experience in digital marketing mix including search, display, social.
• Proficient in analytics, Python, AI and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive search strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic insights.
• Ensure QA and risk management with RACI documentation.
• Foster innovation and Next Practice standards in search marketing.
• Guide strategic plans, testing frameworks and client success.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and contribute thought leadership.
• Develop strong relationships with key clients and drive growth.
• Collaborate with media, creative, and analytics teams across channels.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts and craft expansion proposals.
• Mentor a team of 5-10 Search Supervisors and Managers.
