Razorfish is seeking an Associate Director of Search Marketing to lead AI-enhanced search strategies and oversee a team of 2–7 analysts. You will drive client outcomes, develop POVs and playbooks, and collaborate across media, creative, and analytics for integrated campaigns.

You’ll guide quarterly plans, ensure quality and risk management, and stay ahead of digital marketing trends while mentoring staff and identifying growth opportunities.

Formación

• 5+ years in SEM and digital marketing with proven strategy execution.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Advanced analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration.
• Thorough understanding of integrated digital marketing across organic, display, mobile, and social channels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and analytics tools GA360, SA360, Google Ads, and Bing Ads.
• Experience with online campaign measurement methodologies for performance analysis and optimization.
• Expertise with AI technologies (LLMs) and programming languages to improve campaigns and workflows.
• Strong client-service orientation and ability to position agency as a trusted partner.
• Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to develop plans and growth initiatives.
• Ability to identify business development opportunities and contribute to agency growth.
• Mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative, innovative culture.
• Commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technologies and staying ahead of industry trends.

• Serve as primary client contact, understanding objectives and delivering tailored search solutions.
• Create and orchestrate AI-powered workflows to support daily search operations.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with media, creative, and analytics teams for cohesive campaigns.
• Use analytics and AI tools to inform strategies and improve effectiveness.
• Develop quarterly plans and testing frameworks aligned with client expectations.
• Ensure QA and risk management through documented processes.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to thought leadership.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts and support strategic proposals.
• Design training programs to raise team skills and share best practices.
• Mentor new staff and foster professional development.
• Lead and inspire a team of 2–7 search professionals; promote collaboration.
