The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on campaign management in a hybrid office setting, emphasizing collaboration, innovation, and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in SEM with paid search focus.
• Ability to extract actionable insights from large datasets.
• Strong audience segmentation and targeting understanding.
• Leadership and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Stay informed on search landscape and industry best practices.
• Guide Campaign Development with data-driven insights.
• Innovate through AI-powered experiences to support daily operations.
• Oversee budget management to meet performance goals.
• Forecasting and analysis to predict campaign performance.
• Risk management and QA using a RACI framework.
• Data-driven insights to drive strategic adjustments.
• Prepare and present performance reports to clients.
