Job summary

Astound is seeking a seasoned Manager, Digital Paid Media to lead our paid search, social, programmatic, affiliate, and retargeting efforts in the United States. You will manage a multi-million-dollar media budget, build a high-performing team, and drive acquisition, revenue growth, and efficiency through data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with Analytics, eCommerce, Finance, Brand, Creative, and agency partners to identify growth opportunities, optimize channel performance, and deliver

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years managing paid media in high-volume, service-based or ecommerce settings.
• Proven coaching and leadership of high-performing teams.
• Strong testing, forecasting, attribution, and performance measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy across search, social, programmatic, affiliate, and retargeting.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing paid media team.
• Set priorities, allocate work, and ensure campaign execution.
• Manage budgets, pacing, forecasts, and investment shifts across channels.
• Optimize channel mix, audiences, creative, offers, and landing pages to improve conversions.
• Drive testing across platforms and creative elements.
• Collaborate with Analytics and eCommerce to strengthen tracking and reporting.
• Apply MMM/MTA insights to guide investment decisions.
• Communicate strategies and performance insights to senior leadership.
