Single Grain, LLC is seeking a performance strategist to own paid growth for a book of client accounts and build AI workflows that streamline build-outs, reporting, and QA.

You will run paid search, paid social, and programmatic campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic partners, while keeping a human brand and claims check before live spend. This role emphasizes AI fluency and strategic client guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose each client's paid program; set baselines and targets (CAC, ROAS, CPL, qualified pipeline, revenue).
• Run and optimize accounts across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic within approved budgets.
• Ship test cycles fast: from idea to first readout in under five working days.
• Run an account health + QA agent on every account: weekly pacing, anomaly flags (spend spikes, broken tracking, disapprovals), and next-test recommendations.
• Run AI creative iteration: generate ad and landing-page variants, test them, and keep a human brand and claims check before anything goes live.
• Lead client strategy calls and bring proactive recommendations every month.
• Report monthly in terms a GM would use: spend tied to pipeline and revenue, with baselines.
• Write runbooks so the work does not depend on you being at the keyboard.
