Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and narrative in client conversations.

You are the strategic voice, delivering campaign optimization across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, and driving 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps with clear storytelling of the numbers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns yourself.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
