You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, handling budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing, and ensuring reliable conversion tracking with GA4 and tag

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven track record moving ROAS/CPA/pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and campaign testing, including when to pause or kill a campaign.
• Ensure trusted conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and present narratives on the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.
