Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Account Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will chart the targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and the narrative when clients ask why, serving as the strategic voice on calls.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with responsibility for budget, bidding, testing, tracking, and quarterly client roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
