Full Funnel Growth, a remote performance marketing agency, is seeking a part-time Senior Paid Search Specialist to own strategy and execution across 3-5 accounts with 1K–40K monthly spend. You’ll lead end-to-end campaign work, craft weekly performance write-ups, and communicate with senior client stakeholders.

You will manage Smart Bidding, Performance Max asset groups, and landing page feedback, while ensuring precise, data-driven reporting through AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing paid search at an agency.
• Strong command of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen) and Microsoft Ads.
• Demonstrated work across both lead gen and eCommerce.
• Experience with GA4 attribution, cross-source reconciliation.

Responsabilités

• Own strategy and execution for a defined slice of our portfolio, 3–5 accounts, $1K/mo to $40K/mo spend.
• Weekly per-account performance write-ups and monthly client-ready summaries.
• Direct client communication: updates, review calls, strategy presentations.
• End-to-end campaign work: account structure, Smart Bidding, PMax, asset groups, landing page feedback.
• Cross-platform sanity: explain GA4/Triple Whale discrepancies and defend numbers.
