Single Grain LLC is seeking a seasoned Paid Media Associate Director to lead multi-channel campaign strategy, execution, and optimization for a diverse client portfolio. You will own campaigns, mentor a high-performing team, and leverage AI-driven tools to drive growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

8+ years hands-on paid media management across Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Experience managing medium-to-large advertising budgets with strong ROI.
Deep understanding of paid media best practices and optimization techniques.
Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
Experience designing and implementing effective A/B tests.
Proactive with new technologies, including AI-powered solutions.
Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation abilities.
Leadership skills and ability to uplift the team.

Responsibilities

Independently manage and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms to meet client goals and targets.
Lead strategy and day-to-day execution for complex campaigns across channels.
Mentor and develop team members while driving department growth and processes.
Engage in client-facing discussions, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
Work with strategists, analysts, and account managers to ensure seamless execution.
Lead department training sessions and contribute to sales opportunities and audits.
