Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an Account Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when clients ask why.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budget allocation and testing, ensure trusted conversion tracking with GA4 and Tag Manager, and drive long-term client growth through winning strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing, and know when to pause underperforming campaigns.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the story behind the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.
