You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts, including budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, campaign setup and optimization.
• Agency experience across multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients.
• Manage targeting, budgets, roadmaps and narrative for client calls.
• Drive ROAS, CPA improvements and account growth through retention and upsell.
