Astound is seeking a Manager, Digital Paid Media to lead our paid media strategy across search, social, programmatic, affiliate, and retargeting. You will manage a multi-million-dollar budget and build a high-performing team, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven decisions.

Collaborating with Analytics, eCommerce, Finance, Brand, and agency partners, you will optimize channel mix, tracking, and reporting while mentoring staff and advancing inclusion initiatives

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years managing paid media in a high-volume, service-based/subscription, ecommerce, telecommunications, or direct-to-consumer business.
• Strong testing, analytics, forecasting, attribution, and performance measurement skills.
• Proficiency with GA4, Looker, Tableau, BigQuery, or similar analytics tools.
• Hands-on expertise across Google, Microsoft, Meta, programmatic, and affiliate platforms.
• Knowledge of first-party data, CRM/CDP, audience, and AI-enabled optimization tools preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media strategy and performance across search, social, programmatic, affiliate, and retargeting.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing paid media team.
• Set priorities, allocate work, and ensure strong campaign execution.
• Manage budgets, pacing, forecasts, and investment shifts across channels and markets.
• Optimize channel mix, audiences, creative, offers, and landing pages to improve conversions, revenue, and customer value.
• Drive testing across platforms, audiences, creative, messaging, placements, and landing pages.
• Partner with Analytics and eCommerce to strengthen tracking, attribution, testing, and reporting.
• Define performance metrics and apply MMM and MTA insights to guide investment decisions.
• Apply AI search and content insights to strengthen paid media strategy, targeting, and performance.
• Turn performance data into clear optimization plans and executive reporting.
• Communicate strategies, solutions, and performance insights to senior leadership to influence change, refine priorities, and redesign tactics that improve business outcomes.
• Grow affiliate performance through partner, placement, and offer optimization.
• Evaluate new platforms and partnerships for fit, incrementality, scale, and economics.
• Manage agency and platform partners against clear deliverables and performance expectations.
• Actively support, promote, and advance all aspects ofAstound'sInclusion and Belonging work, recognizing it as a business priority, including creating a work environment where all employees feel valued, respected, heard, and empowered.
