Job summary

Fireworks AI is hiring a Senior Paid Growth Marketer to lead all paid programs from awareness to activation. You will own multi-channel strategy and manage multi-million dollar budgets with rigorous measurement tying spend to pipeline.

You will build and maintain attribution frameworks, run structured experimentation, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance to align launches with ICPs and product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on paid marketing experience.
• Direct ownership of multi-million dollar annual budgets.
• Structured experimentation programs within cross-functional teams.
• Experience marketing developer tools, APIs, or infrastructure products.
• Ability to use AI to accelerate marketing work.

Responsibilities

• Own paid strategy and execution across search, social, display, and other channels.
• Manage and optimize multi-million dollar ad budgets with pipeline accountability.
• Build attribution/measurement frameworks linking spend to pipeline.
• Lead paid experimentation program with hypothesis, execution, readout and iterations.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Finance to align programs with roadmap and ICP.
• Track advertising ecosystem evolution and integrate it into roadmaps.
