Job summary

Jetfuel Agency is seeking a senior Growth Marketing Leader to own client strategy across channels, forecast growth, and leverage AI workflows to scale accounts. You’ll be trusted by founders to set direction, identify risks, and move quickly to capture opportunities across paid social, search, email, and retention.

You will own the relationship end to end, balancing brand and performance to drive revenue and strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in performance or growth marketing across multiple platforms.
• Owned client relationships end to end, from strategy to growth.
• Connect paid and organic performance to pipeline and revenue.
• Built AI workflows and shipped them.
• Communicate performance data clearly for founders.
• Agency experience or D2C familiarity is a plus.
• Self-motivated, receptive to feedback, and challenging the status quo.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-channel strategy spanning paid social, paid search, email, retention, CRO and SEO/AIO.
• Manage client relationships end to end, acting as strategic voice and trusted advisor.
• Blend brand and performance to drive revenue and growth metrics.
• Provide proactive, concrete recommendations to clients regularly.
• Tie performance to revenue, CAC and LTV, explaining effects of CPM changes.
• Build AI workflows to remove mundane work and free up time for strategy.
• Spot and test new campaigns, design hypotheses, and deliver post-test analyses.
