Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Senior Paid Marketing Manager to build and scale a high‑impact paid acquisition program for a growing B2B SaaS environment in the United States. You will own existing campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google, while expanding to YouTube and other channels, applying AI and automation to improve performance.

• Extensive paid media expertise across LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads in a B2B SaaS context.
• Proven track record building and optimizing paid acquisition programs that drive qualified leads and pipeline.
• Strong understanding of platforms, structures, segmentation, bidding, and analytics.
