You will align paid initiatives with product launches, sales cycles, and ICP targeting, partnering with Sales and Product. A strong growth mindset and AI-enabled productivity are essential to outpace traditional marketers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on paid marketing experience with multi-million dollar budgets.
• Experience driving growth for a B2B SaaS or developer-facing product.
• Analytically fluent with data and insights.

Responsibilities

• Own paid strategy across search, social, display, OOH, and developer channels.
• Manage and optimize multi-million dollar ad budgets with accountable pipeline.
• Build attribution and measurement frameworks connecting spend to pipeline.
• Lead paid experimentation program: hypothesis, execution, readout, iteration.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance to align paid programs with roadmap.
• Track advertising ecosystem evolution and feed into the roadmap.
