Power Digital, a growth-focused AI-powered firm in San Francisco, seeks a Senior Paid Performance Analyst to own the execution, performance, and growth of their marketing service for enterprise accounts. You will drive paid advertising mastery, train the team, and elevate the product through audits and scalable processes.

You will lead cross-channel strategies and apply advanced measurement techniques, while collaborating with leadership on innovation and client success.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of digital marketing experience; 4+ years in an agency setting.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing.
• Campaign development and optimization: bid management, keyword research, and ad copy for large accounts.
• Experience with multiple campaign types: Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display, Local campaigns, Bing Ads.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Meta ads direct response campaigns.
• Lead Gen and B2B experience.
• Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics.
• Strong funnel marketing and paid advertising knowledge.
• Strong storytelling with data; insights-driven approach.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management.
• Self-motivated and eager to develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid advertising strategy and performance marketing for key accounts.
• Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in at least two major advertising channels.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for key accounts.
• Apply cross-channel and technical expertise to deliver client results.
• Oversee high-quality campaign execution with thorough QA.
• Maintain client testing roadmaps and manage next steps.
• Lead proactive strategy recommendations across channels.
• Mentor and elevate team talent through coaching and training.
• Collaborate on new business pitches and audits.
• Leverage AI technologies to optimize workflows, insights, and performance.
