Job summary

Resilience in Ohio is seeking a Manufacturing Technician IV, Lead to oversee complex packaging operations on the production floor. You will serve as a technical resource, review advanced batch records, and drive continuous improvement alongside Management and Engineers.

Responsibilities include start-up, equipment operation, line clearances, and accurate documentation while adhering to cGMPs and SOPs. This role supports lean initiatives and requires strong problem-solving and training

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Advanced knowledge of cGMP requirements and quality systems.
• Ability to work independently and guide others in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven ability to review GMP documentation and batch records.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Experience training peers on the production floor.
• English reading/writing/speaking proficiency for technical communication.
• Teamwork in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor complex process activities on the production floor.
• Perform startup, equipment operation, manual packaging, and line clearances.
• Conduct inventory control and reconciliation using SAP and WES.
• Execute equipment qualification and process validation protocols.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and cGMPs on the floor.
• Support lean initiatives including 5S and CI projects.
