Cencora in Columbus, OH, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead pharma packaging operations on site. Under the Manager - Operations, you will mentor teams, uphold safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement across cGMP-compliant processes.

This role requires at least three years in pharmaceutical production, strong leadership, and solid MS Office skills. You will manage payroll, PTO, and performance, prepare batch records, and support investigations while maintaining regulatory

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience in pharmaceutical production or manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and analyzes metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Leads 5S, safety initiatives, and mentoring of operators.
• Supports batch records preparation and shift reports.
• Ensures compliance with cGMP, quality investigations, and CAPAs.
• Oversees daily operations, payroll, PTO, and performance management.
