Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II for the West Chester, OH area. This role supports packaging operations, batch records, and cGMP compliance within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include operating packaging equipment, in-process monitoring, line clearances, and completing batch records. The position emphasizes accurate documentation, lean improvements, and cross-functional teamwork on a fast-paced line.

Qualifications

• Experience in a cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read/write SOPs, batch records and logbooks.
• Basic math and data entry skills.
• English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and monitor line performance.
• Perform in-process monitoring and line clearances.
• Complete batch record entries accurately.
• Maintain cGMP documentation and housekeeping.
• Support lean activities and 5S improvements.
• Perform inventory control using SAP and WES.
