Job summary

Resilience in Ohio seeks a Manufacturing Technician III (Packaging Mechanic) to perform setup, changeover, and preventive maintenance on packaging equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues, train technicians, and contribute to continuous improvement on the production floor.

The role follows a day shift initially, transitioning to a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule, with overtime as needed, and requires strong mechanical/electronic aptitude and GMP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a regulated production environment.
• Ability to understand, read, write, communicate, and follow instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain packaging equipment (picker, sorter, labeler, packer, etc.).
• Provide technical support to production technicians and resolve equipment issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and monitor equipment conditions to prevent downtime.
• Complete batch records, GMP documentation, and CMMS entries.
• Follow SOPs, cGMPs, and safety procedures.
