Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to operate packaging equipment, monitor in-process materials, and ensure batch record accuracy in a cGMP environment. Responsibilities include line clearances, quality inspections, and data entry while supporting lean initiatives and safety procedures.

The role requires 1+ years in regulated manufacturing, familiarity with SAP, and proficiency in English. Work is in West Chester Township, Ohio, with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Accurate documentation and batch record handling.
• Basic math and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to read and understand SOPs in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and monitor status for smooth flow.
• Start-up machinery, select recipes, and enter data into SCADA/HMI.
• Perform manual packaging and rework of materials as needed.
• Conduct visual inspection and sampling of in-process materials.
• Perform inventory control using SAP; maintain line clearance.
• Follow safety procedures and support lean/process improvements.
