Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, seeks a Manufacturing Technician IV, Lead to oversee complex packaging operations on the production floor. You will act as a technical resource, review batch records, and drive continuous improvement with Management and Engineers.

The role requires significant cGMP experience, ability to train peers, and strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Advanced knowledge of cGMP requirements and quality systems.
• Ability to work independently and resolve complex production issues.
• Strong ability to read, write, speak, and understand English in a cross-functional setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations on the production floor to ensure successful packaging activities.
• Perform startup, equipment operation, manual packaging, and line clearances as required.
• Manage inventory control and reconciliation using SAP and WES.
• Execute protocols for equipment qualification and process validation.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to SOPs and cGMPs.
