Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician IV, Lead to supervise sterile filling operations on the West Chester, Ohio floor. You will mentor technicians, oversee batch activities, and ensure accurate GMP documentation and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 4+ years in pharma/biotech/cGMP environments, strong cGMP knowledge, and the ability to train others. You will work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, with a comprehensive benefits package and potential for an annual incentive.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Advanced knowledge of cGMP requirements, regulatory expectations, and quality systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and resolve complex production issues.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to communicate complex technical information.
• Exceptional attention to detail with documentation accuracy.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills; ability to interpret data and drive solutions.
• Experience supporting investigations, CAPAs, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience on-the-job training to peers and fostering continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet production goals while maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor process execution on the production floor.
• Resolve complex production issues including batch setup, execution, and documentation.
• Provide support to production and mechanical technicians.
• Train team members as an on-the-job trainer on assigned equipment and tasks.
• Support lean activities such as 5S and CI projects; participate in daily tier meetings.
• Manage inventory control and reconciliation using SAP.
