Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician IV, Lead to supervise filling operations on the production floor. You will act as a technical resource, review complex batch records, and resolve production issues while ensuring GMP compliance.

The role requires strong experience in pharma/biotech manufacturing, cGMP knowledge, and the ability to train peers. Night shift with a rotating schedule is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing in a cGMP setting.
• Advanced knowledge of cGMP, regulatory expectations and quality systems.
• Ability to read, write and communicate complex technical information in English.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure documentation accuracy.
• Experience supporting audits, CAPAs, investigations and inspections.
• Experience training peers on equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor filling operations on the production floor.
• Resolve complex production issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Support technicians and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Manage inventory control using SAP.
• Perform advanced batch records and GMP documentation.
• Contribute to 5S and continuous improvement activities.
• Provide OJT training on assigned equipment and processes.
