Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to build and maintain packaging lines in a cGMP facility in West Chester Township, OH. The role reports to a supervisor and involves operating packaging equipment, in-process monitoring, and batch-record documentation.

The position requires experience in regulated manufacturing, proficiency with SAP/WES, and the ability to follow SOPs with accuracy. A 12-hour night shift schedule is described, with a comprehensive total rewards program.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated documentation and data entry skills, including accurate batch records.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret SOPs and batch records.
• Basic mathematical skills for weights, measures, and conversions.
• Ability to follow procedures with minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and monitor in-process materials.
• Perform line clearances, cosmetic inspections, and batch record entries.
• Perform cleaning and material handling and ensure product flow.
• Assist with inventory and use SAP/WES for reconciliation.
• Support safety procedures including PPE, LOTO, and waste handling.
• Escalate issues to lead/management as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement and lean activities.
