Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to operate packaging equipment, monitor processes, and perform batch record entries in a cGMP environment. The role supports lean initiatives and requires accuracy in documentation and data entry.

Based in West Chester, OH, the position is full-time with a day shift on a rotating 12-hour schedule. Prior pharma/manufacturing experience highly valued, with comprehensive benefits and a strong total rewards program.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Accurate completion of batch records and logbooks.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to interpret SOPs.
• Knowledge of SAP and WES is a plus.
• Basic mathematical skills for measurements and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machinery and monitor equipment for smooth product flow.
• Perform in-process monitoring, line clearances, and visual quality inspections.
• Contribute to cGMP documentation and batch-record entries.
• Support inventory control and reconciliation using SAP and WES.
• Follow safety procedures, 5S lean activities, and process improvements.
