Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a leader for the Package Electrical Team focused on signal integrity and power integrity.

You will collaborate with package and IC designers to optimize the overall package design and perform system simulations to meet all system-level constraints before tape-out. The role requires communicating with PHY owners and PCB designers, coordinating across PHY, Package, and PCB teams, and providing technical guidelines to upper management for key decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 6+ years of system/package design experience; or
• Master's degree with 5+ years; or
• PhD with 4+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform package extraction for time-domain and frequency-domain analysis.
• Conduct system-level analysis for DDR, SerDes, and mixed-signal interfaces.
• Provide design guidelines for package design.
• Perform system simulation and feedback for design optimization.
• Develop design and analysis workflows and automate processes.
• Create technical documentation and presentations.
