Qualifications

• Minimum five years of sales management experience.
• Ten years of sales experience in a corporate environment preferred.
• Strong background in the packaging industry.
• Proven ability to grow accounts and improve revenue and profitability.
• Experience using NetSuite for sales reporting and forecasting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with KPIs and sales performance dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales team through coaching, performance management, clear goal setting, and accountability.
• Manage key customer relationships to strengthen long-term partnerships and maximize account value.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth.
• Monitor sales performance and forecasting using NetSuite or similar ERP tools.
• Oversee pricing and profitability by maintaining pricing discipline and supporting negotiations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Purchasing, Inventory, and Accounting to meet customer needs and ensure order fulfillment.
• Analyze sales trends and account performance to identify growth opportunities and refine processes.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure sales effectiveness and drive improvement.
• Support business development by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and target markets.
• Balance strategic planning with day-to-day sales management.
