Lead a High-Performing Sales Team and Drive Growth

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the packaging industry to lead and develop an established sales team. This is a strategic leadership role focused on coaching, accountability, business growth, and team performance.

This position does NOT carry an individual sales quota and is not responsible for direct selling. Instead, you will lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to drive new business development, expand existing customer relationships, and increase overall company revenue.

Compensation

• $120,000 annual base salary
• Performance-based bonus opportunity
• Kaiser medical plan available at approximately $39/month for employee-only coverage.
• PTO and sick leave accrual beginning upon hire.
