Chase Associates Ltd is seeking a driven Packaging Sales Leader to join an established packaging manufacturer and drive commercial growth. This role requires hands-on leadership, building high-performing teams, developing talent, winning new business, and influencing sales strategy.

You will lead an experienced sales organization, partner closely with Executive Leadership and Operations, and help shape the next phase of growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales leadership experience in packaging or related markets.
• Experience selling into foodservice, CPG, retail or consumer markets.
• Proven success in new business growth and strategic account expansion.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and development of sales teams.
• Commercial mindset with experience in sales strategy, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Collaborative leadership across functions.
