You will bridge business strategy and technology, delivering cloud-native, AI-enabled solutions across policy, claims, underwriting, and billing. The role requires a hands-on architect with deep P&C industry experience, strong leadership, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in Solution Architecture roles.
• P&C Insurance industry experience required.
• Ability to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Experience with distributed Agile teams.
• Strong hands-on Java-based full stack development: Java, Spring Boot, microservices, React/Angular, etc.
• Extensive experience with workflow/BPM platforms such as Pega.
• Cloud & infrastructure experience: Azure, AKS, Docker, Kubernetes; CI/CD and DevOps.
• API-led architecture, enterprise integration patterns, event-driven architectures, and messaging (Kafka, Azure Service Bus).
• Mobile & customer applications architecture experience (iOS/Android, portals, self-service).
• Generative AI: LLM apps, RAG, AI chatbots, intelligent document processing.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale P&C platforms and digital initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Develop architecture roadmaps aligned with enterprise standards and business objectives.
• Lead architecture reviews, design workshops, and governance processes.
• Provide technology leadership across the software development lifecycle.
