We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect with deep expertise in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain to lead enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives in our Worcester MA office in a hybrid or remote work arrangement.
The ideal candidate will possess strong business and technical acumen, with a proven track record of designing and delivering modern insurance solutions across policy administration, claims, underwriting, billing, customer engagement, and distribution channels.
This role requires a hands‑on architect who can bridge business strategy and technology execution while driving cloud‑native, customer‑centric, and AI-enabled solutions.
