Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT architecture experience including enterprise architecture and integrations.
• 8+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps and architecture.
• Broad knowledge across applications, cloud, data, integrations, security, digital platforms and core tech.
• Experience influencing senior executives and guiding large technology investments.
• Understanding of modern ways of working: cross-functional teams, Agile, product orientation.
• Proven ability to build trusted partnerships across business and technology.

Responsibilities

• Shape the technology strategy to support long-term business objectives.
• Lead enterprise transformation across AI, data, digital experiences, APIs, integrations, core platforms and cloud.
• Define enterprise architecture standards, reference architectures, and roadmaps.
• Advance AI, data and digital capabilities with governance and data strategies.
• Influence senior executives and mentor architects and tech leaders.
