Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience managing business or IT projects using structured methodologies such as agile.
• Experience in Property & Casualty insurance is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution on innovation projects with cross-functional teams and ensure outcomes.
• Monitor project status and manage scope/resources using best practices.
• Communicate major milestones and mitigate project risks with contingency plans.
• Conduct market intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Identify cross-functional dependencies and build solutions with stakeholder alignment.
