Kin Insurance is seeking a Senior Insurance Business Analyst to translate insurance product decisions into clear, implementation-ready requirements. You’ll work across Insurance Product, Actuarial, Underwriting, Compliance, Claims, Operations, Engineering, and Tech Product to ensure accurate delivery as Kin expands into new states and launches products.

The role sits within the Project Management Organization, owning end-to-end requirements for forms, filings, rating, and state configurations,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or similar role, including 3+ years in P&C insurance.

Responsabilités

• Own the requirements lifecycle for insurance product and state-configuration changes, from discovery to handoff to Engineering and Tech Product.
• Translate product decisions into clear requirements and functional specs for Engineering and Tech Product.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, resolve ambiguity, and maintain alignment through deployment.
• Document current-state processes and design future-state workflows with change management.
