Kin Insurance is seeking a Senior Insurance Business Analyst to translate product decisions into implementation-ready requirements across P&C lines. You will collaborate with Product, Actuarial, Underwriting, Compliance, Claims, Operations, and Engineering to ensure accurate configuration and trusted deployments as Kin expands into new states.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, including 3+ years in P&C insurance.
• Experience translating insurance product concepts into structured requirements for Engineering and Tech Product.
• Strong knowledge of the P&C insurance lifecycle and state configurations.
• Experience producing user stories, data mappings, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience in Agile environments, UAT, and implementation validation.
