Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a POWER Testing and Energization Lead P&C Technician Field Services based in Missouri, Indiana, or Kansas. You will lead field operations for complex projects, perform on-site protective relay testing (Omicron/Doble), and mentor technicians while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 11 years in electrical testing with HV experience.
• Experience with protection and control testing and relays.
• Knowledge of NETA, IEEE, NFPA standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations, provide technical guidance, and oversee site activities.
• Perform testing and commissioning of protection and control systems.
• Mentor technicians and coordinate with engineers and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety protocols and regulatory compliance on site.
