Job summary

OneDigital Investment Advisors LLC in Knoxville seeks a Senior Property & Casualty Account Manager to act as a strategic partner to clients and producers. You will manage complex commercial accounts, identify coverage gaps, and drive retention and growth in a client-first environment.

The ideal candidate has deep P&C knowledge, ownership of their book, and can be counted on as the company grows. Licenses and strong relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial P&C account management in an agency or brokerage.
• 7+ years preferred for complex middle-market accounts.
• Current Property and Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Experience with Applied Epic strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with prompt service.
• Independently manage full service and renewal cycle for accounts.
• Identify coverage gaps and service opportunities with producers informed.
• Respond to client questions on coverages and exposures accurately.
• Coordinate marketing submissions and negotiate terms with underwriters with producers.
• Assist with claims coordination and stay current on industry changes.
