Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for an assigned book of business.
• Lead client strategy including coverage design, risk assessment, and service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and carrier partners to deliver client solutions.
• Execute servicing tasks including endorsements, certificates, and client requests.
• Maintain client records and documentation and monitor workflows.
