Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Senior Property & Casualty Account Manager to serve as a strategic partner to our clients and a trusted resource to our producers. You will manage complex commercial accounts, provide P&C insurance guidance, identify coverage gaps, and drive retention and growth within a collaborative, client-first environment.

The ideal candidate brings deep coverage knowledge, takes ownership of their book, and can be counted on as we continue to grow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial P&C account management experience within an agency or brokerage.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s acceptable.
• Current Property and Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Familiarity with CRM tools to support account service.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver prompt, accurate service.
• Manage full service and renewal cycle for assigned accounts; process new/renewal business and endorsements.
• Identify coverage gaps and opportunities; coordinate with underwriters and producers.
• Respond to client questions about coverages and exposures; assist with claims coordination.
